BSM N-Series AC Brushless Servo Motors

View in Online Catalog
ABB’s BSM N-series AC brushless servo motors provide industrial motion control applications with low inertia to attain the highest acceleration capability, allowing you to position rapidly. The BSM N-series AC brushless servo motors are used in the world's fastest machines and demanding applications.

BSM N-series AC brushless servo motors provide rugged, durable performance with high-energy permanent magnet technology. N-series motors deliver continuous stall-torque capability ranging from 3.9 lb/in (0.45 Nm) to 354 lb/In (40 Nm). Peak torque capability is nominally four times continuous. Low-inertia BSM N-series AC brushless servo motors provide the maximum torque per package size.

ABB’s BSM servo motors have been proven over the years, delivering reliability and high performance in the world's fastest machine, in industrial motion control applications such as indexers; form, fill and seal machinery; flying shears; cut-to-length line machines; robotics; insertion, packaging and capping machines; laser trimmers; marking; labeling and many other demanding applications.
