intensive 3-day education workshops. Custom designed for you, these thought-provoking
education sessions are more than passive seminars. Workbooks, question and answer

Value Formula Training: Each education class includes a section
designed to present the student with the fundamentals of the
Value Formula. This unique Baldor concept has been developed to help in understanding each
of the elements that make up value (as perceived by the customer). The course includes a review
of quality, service, cost and time, and their relationship to the value the customer receives.
